Meet our head chef, Adrian 👨🏽‍🍳🌴

Originally from San José, Adrian has been calling Santa Teresa home for the past 10 years. After studying culinary arts and spending time in Chicago gaining experience, he returned to Costa Rica where he’s worked across restaurants, hotels, and yoga retreats.

Everything shifted when he discovered surfing, not just as a sport, but as a lifestyle rooted in balance, movement, and nourishing food. That philosophy is at the heart of everything he creates for Coco.

Fresh, intentional, and made to fuel your days in the water.
