Cards on the table, I used to say “I’ll skip yoga”… then I met Amélina.

She is our Santa Teresa–based yoga teacher + fellow surfer. Her vinyasa flows are breath-led, fluid, and designed to support surfing, recovery, and everyday movement. Thoughtful guidance, real alignment, and space to move at your own rhythm.
