I have spent the last 7 years transforming my life and my body through nutrition and movement. While the journey hasn’t always been easy, consistency is the key. Through a lupus diagnosis and injuries, God has healed and sustained me.
During this time, I have learned the importance of nutrition, exercise, self-care, and sleep in leading a long, healthy lifestyle. Two years ago, I became a mostly raw, plant-exclusive eater and my life hasn’t been the same. Last year, I decided to delve even deeper and become a Certified Plant-Based Health Coach. Along with being a board-certified OB/GYN physician for 17 years, I’m using this certification to help others transform their lives as well.
