Words are spells.

The language you use every single day is shaping your biology just as much if not more than your diet and workouts.

I have to remind myself of this constantly.

Because your words don’t just describe your reality…

They create it.

When you constantly say:

“I’m stressed.”

“Nothing ever works for me.”

Your nervous system listens.

Your cells listen.

Your subconscious listens.

And it organizes your physiology around that story.

But the opposite is also true.

Your biology shifts.

Your perception shifts.

Your outcomes shift.

We don’t know where we came from.

If you want to change your health you have to change your identity.

Yes — protocols matter.
