Nutrient deficiencies are one of the most common issues I see with clients.

Yes, sometimes there are deeper underlying problems like gut dysbiosis, mold exposure, low stomach acid, SIBO, or chronic stress.

But the reality is that many people simply aren’t paying attention to their nutrient intake.

Vitamins and minerals play thousands of roles in the body from energy production and brain function to hormone balance, immunity, and cellular repair.

If you’re not getting enough, your body will eventually start to show symptoms.

This is why I often have clients start by using Cronometer to track their nutrient intake.

It gives us a baseline understanding of where they are nutritionally.

From there, we can combine that information with blood work to get a clearer picture of what’s actually going on.

Because sometimes the issue isn’t intake…

It’s absorption.

Things like low stomach acid, gut inflammation, dysbiosis, or SIBO can prevent your body from properly absorbing the nutrients you’re consuming.

So even if your diet looks good on paper, your body may still be running on empty.

Our so-called “health experts”…

The same ones who were forcing everyone to comply with certain mandates just a few years ago…

Yet many of them don’t even look like the embodiment of health.

To me, that’s a massive red flag.

If someone is teaching about health, shouldn’t they actually live it?

Energy. Vitality. Strength. Clarity.

Health isn’t just something you talk about in theory.

It’s something that should be visibly expressed in the way you live your life.

This is why it’s so important to question authority, think critically, and take responsibility for your own health.

Because at the end of the day…

No one cares about your health more than you do.

Makes you think…

Kids today are sicker than they’ve ever been.

Anxiety, ADHD, autoimmune conditions, gut issues, sleep problems things that were once rare in children are now incredibly common.

And yet we rarely question the environment we’re raising them in.

We keep them indoors most of the day.

Under artificial lighting.

Staring at screens.

Disconnected from sunlight, movement, soil, animals, and nature.

Then when their brains and nervous systems start to struggle…

We hand them a pharmaceutical solution.

Instead of asking the deeper question:

What if the problem isn’t the child… but the environment we’ve created for them?

Human biology evolved under the sun, on the earth, in nature.

👉Kids need sunlight.
👉They need movement.
👉They need dirt.
👉They need real food.
👉They need connection

When we start restoring those things, we often see massive shifts in their health, mood, focus, and resilience.

There are many things people are still using every single day that are quietly destroying their health.

The problem isn’t that people don’t care about their health.

The problem is that most of us were never properly educated on how the human body actually works.

We’ve been raised in an environment where the most common things the lights in our homes, the food on our shelves, the information on our screens are often completely disconnected from what our biology actually needs.

And unfortunately, a system built on consumption benefits more from sick customers than healthy, sovereign humans.

But the good news is that it doesn’t have to be this way.

Once you begin to understand how your body interacts with light, food, water, movement, and nature, you start making different choices.

You stop watching the news and start watching the sunrise.

You trade artificial light for incandescent bulbs.

You spend more time barefoot on the earth than scrolling on your phone.

And slowly, your health and your power starts coming back.

Because the more you understand your biology, the harder it becomes to manipulate you.

Children today are more sick than ever before.

Rates of obesity, ADHD, anxiety, and chronic health issues continue to rise year after year.

And yet the mainstream solution is often the same:

More medication.

But what if we looked deeper at the environment our children are growing up in?

Constant exposure to artificial light and screens that disrupt the nervous system and circadian rhythm.

Highly processed foods filled with chemicals and additives.

Less time outdoors in the sun and nature.
And increasing exposure to synthetic products in their daily lives.

All of these factors can place a tremendous amount of stress on a developing body.

If we truly want healthier children, we need to return to the foundations of health:

👉Sunlight.
👉Time in nature.
👉Movement.
👉Strong family and community connection.

Sometimes the most powerful solution isn’t more intervention…

It’s simply going back to the basics. 🌿

We’ve been fed a lot of propaganda about health throughout our lives.

👉Conflicting information.
👉Fear-based messaging.
👉And systems that often focus more on managing symptoms than truly creating health.

At some point, you have to step back and start thinking for yourself.

Start listening to your intuition.

Start paying attention to what your body, mind, and spirit actually need to thrive.

Because true health doesn’t come from blindly following every new trend or headline.

It comes from reconnecting with your body, questioning what you’ve been told, and learning how to live in alignment with nature.

When you do that, everything begins to change. 🌿

We’ve been lied to about the sun.

The sun isn’t something to fear, it’s one of the most powerful healing forces on the planet.

Sunlight regulates our circadian rhythm, which is foundational for nearly every process in the body:

sleep, hormones, metabolism, mood, and immune function.

Each spectrum of sunlight plays an important biological role:

👉 Natural blue light in the morning helps set your circadian clock
👉 Red and infrared light support mitochondrial function and cellular energy
👉 UVA light helps regulate neurotransmitters, s*x hormones, and melanin production
👉 UVB light allows your body to produce vitamin D

In other words, we need full-spectrum sunlight to function optimally.

The problem isn’t the sun, it’s that most people don’t understand how to properly dose sunlight.

Burning your skin obviously isn’t good…

But neither is completely avoiding the sun or covering yourself in toxic sunscreen all day.

Health is about learning how to work with nature, not against it.

Here are some ways to support intestinal permeability (leaky gut).

Unfortunately, this condition has become incredibly common today due to factors like glyphosate in our food, overuse of antibiotics, alcohol, poor circadian rhythm, chronic stress, and highly processed diets.

This becomes a major problem because around 70–80% of the immune system is located around the gut.

When the gut lining becomes damaged, it allows undigested food particles, toxins, and pathogens to leak into the bloodstream, triggering an immune response throughout the body.

Receiving full-spectrum sunlight through your eyes is absolutely essential for optimal health.

Your retina is directly connected to the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN), the master circadian clock in your brain that regulates sleep, hormones, metabolism, immune function, and nervous system balance.

When natural sunlight enters your eyes, it sends signals to the brain that synchronize your entire biology with the rhythm of the Earth.

But it goes even deeper.

Exposure to natural UV light into your eyes stimulates POMC (pro-opiomelanocortin), which helps drive melanin production.

This is what hospitals used to look like before modern medicine became dominated by pharmaceutical interests.

Back then, healing focused much more on nature, sunlight, fresh air, clean food, and rest

Supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Then the medical system shifted toward petroleum-based, patentable drugs, creating an industry built around managing symptoms rather than addressing root causes.

Don’t get me wrong, modern medicine absolutely can have its place, especially in emergencies (car accidents etc..)
