Kroz yogu, otpuštanje ega dešava se nežno i prirodno. Asane nas uče poniznosti – telo svaki dan ima drugačije granice i mi učimo da ih poštujemo bez dokazivanja. Pranajama smiruje um i slabi potrebu za kontrolom, dok meditacija otkriva da nismo naše misli ni uloge. Kroz praksu ahimse, santose i aparigrahe, ego se topi u svesnosti, prisutnosti i zahvalnosti. 🌿
Through yoga, the release of the ego happens gently and naturally.
Asanas teach us humility — the body has different limits every day, and we learn to respect them without the need to prove anything.
Pranayama calms the mind and softens the urge for control, while meditation reveals that we are not our thoughts nor our roles.
Through the practice of ahimsa, santosha, and aparigraha, the ego melts into awareness, presence, and gratitude. 🌿
