The idea for the festival occurred during the expansion clips of Free Diving, mainly shots of training, competition and world record attempt. We wonder if there is also authors with short movies that is no related with Free Diving, so we threw in search for them. The festival is aimed for those who are interested in underwater world, scuba and free diving, peace and serenity that water offers, from children, students, moms and dads to grandmas and grandpas. This is a first time that we organize this festival, and we are very optimistic. The festival has an international character. Main content is projections od short underwater movies, but also we have more daily events such as lectures by underwater medicine doctors, trainers, athletes, teachers from sport academy, diving workshop, workshop for kids, The Museum of old scuba equipment, exchange of used equipment, exhibition of photos, children's drawings.. It should be noted that we have an international COMPETITION IN UNDERWATER PHOTOGRAPHY that will be exhibited in the lobby of Dom Omladine Beograd. All daily activities are free, and movie projections will be charged symbolic. Ideja za festival se javila tokom ekspanzije snimaka ronilaca na dah, uglavnom snimaka treninga, takmičenja i obaranja rekorda. Palo nam je na pamet da i pored ronilaca na dah moraju da postoje i drugi autori kratkih filmova koji nisu vezani za apneu, pa smo se bacili u potragu za njima. Festival je namenjen svima koje interesuje podvodni svet, ronjenje, plavetnilo, mir i spokoj koji voda nudi, od dece, školaraca, studenata, mama i tata do baka i deka. Iako je prvi put da organizujemo festival jako smo optimistični. Festival je internacionalnog karaktera. Pored projekcija kratkih filmova, što je glavni sadržaj, imaćemo i dodatne prateće sadržaje, kao što su predavanja doktora podvodne medicine, instruktora, sportista, profesora sportskih fakulteta, radionica ronjenja na dah, radionice za decu, muzej stare ronilačke opreme, izložba slika, fotografija, dečijih crteža, štandovi ronilačke i plivačke opreme, bazar polovne ronilačke opreme. Treba napomenuti da imamo i internacionalno takmičenje u podvodnoj fotografiji koje će biti izložene u holu Doma Omladine Beograd. Svi dnevni sadržaji su besplatni, a projekcije filmova se naplaćuju simbolično.
