Verujemo da svi zasluzuju da se osecaju snazno, srecno, i da imaju samopouzdanje. Verujemo da je fitness mnogo vise od broja koji pokaze vaga, i da li imate trbusnjake ili ne.

Don't forget to stay focused on what's important only! There are so many distractions, and so many people that are not important for your goal or your life. Just keep your energy and your mind on the things and people that are bringing quality to your life. Everything else is just waste of time.

It's all about pushing the boundaries!

I read somewhere few days ago: Get comfortable being uncomfortable!

Wow!! Exactly, I realized that I did the most important things in my life feeling uncomfortable, and that I was afraid if I will be able to do it. But I did it anyway.

I stretch after every training, or sometimes I even do a short session at home if I have sore muscles - and in this period, that is quite often πŸ˜‚
I also take baths with Dead Sea salt, take extra magnesium, and get a massage. All these things help me recover faster, although I must say I kinda like having sore muscles πŸ™ˆπŸ˜‚ Weird right? πŸ˜‚
Try to stretch at least 3 times a week, with stretch hold times 10 - 30 sec, of course every muscle group.
