Yoga Nidra practice is an immersion into the borderline state between sleep and wakefulness - a deep relaxation of the body that allows access to the resources of the subconscious.
Theme of the upcoming practice: flight
During the practice we do not sleep; we actively work with attention while the body is completely relaxed.
Yoga Nidra sessions help to:
▫️ reduce anxiety
▫️ learn to deeply relax the body without falling asleep
▫️ stay aware and focused without unnecessary tension
▫️ access the inner resources of the body
▫️ find resources to navigate complex psychological situations
▫️ enhance learning capacity and productivity
▫️ overcome internal blocks and limitations
▫️ support insomnia recovery
It can also be an effective complementary practice alongside work with a psychologist/psychotherapist.
