One of my clients never exercised in his life. He was admitted to the hospital with a microstroke and systolic blood pressure of 195. He was in his 30s back then with a wife and 2 young kids. He had enough motivation to start exercising 3 hours a week and watching his food. It took him 5 months to get his weight back to normal. His blood pressure followed.
That's an extreme example. Most people wouldn't take drastic actions like him. They would go on with their life and current vector.
What is the solution? Is there a bridge to get you from where you are to the healthy life you want?

Hi, my name is Andrey Pilipets. I’m your trainer today. Welcome to my HHH-Healthy Half an Hour book!

Is this book a good fit for you?
Yes, if you want to be healthy. Also, at least one of the 3 reasons below is true for you:

1. PUSH. You want to start moving. You need a push for that. Or you need guidance. This book will tell you how to motivate yourself.

2. SAFETY. You have reasons to exercise without lifting weights. These could be injuries or medical conditions. Please consult your doctor for that.

3. FUN. You have some fitness routine but you find it boring. You want to surprise yourself every time you exercise.

She finds it hard to stay motivated in the gym. That's what she said:

'I do have a healthy breakfast and try to fit in a workout when I can. I'm in fight mode right now because I have so many shows coming up, I'm trying to be healthy.'

She's trying to be healthy and she's looking it at 54yo, right? But she added...

'It's so not easy. I hate it just like anybody else. It's not fun. You do it because you want to feel good and it does make you feel good after you do it.'

Fight mode! Sounds right to me, I can 100% relate. A good workout for me? Should feel like going to war. I mobilize all my feelings, positive and negative. It all depends on my mood. Feeling positive? Think about reaching some goals! Feeling negative? Think about the mistakes you made. Today's workout can help to fix them.

A Tribute To Weakness

I see my hands are shaking,
I’m very very weak,
My body feels like breaking,
What’s happening to me?
Is it a sign of illness?
Or am I getting old?
Should I tune down my fitness?
Yet keep my shower cold?
Brief weakness disappears,
All gone without a trace,
I’m sweating but no tears,
Another training day.
One way to climb a mountain,
One way to reach your peak,
It’s very very simple,
You train until you’re weak.
The weakness marks the moment,
When real training starts,

From my hardworking heart.

009 - 3 WRONG WAYS TO BUILD MUSCLE - Feb 24, 2021

People usually go these 3 wrong ways when they want to build a house or build muscle:
1️⃣ Not having a plan in mind - how it’s going to look, what’s going to be inside?
2️⃣ Not having enough materials (protein) to build muscle
3️⃣ Not building a foundation first, jumping to the goals like ‘6 pack’ or ‘Big Biceps’ too fast

What are the solutions?
1️⃣ Join our Goal Setting activity this Saturday at 2pm Central European Time. Comment ‘PLAN’ if you want in
