What strength of CBD should I take?
General recommendations on CBD dosage
The dosage of CBD you need to take depends on your weight and condition you want to treat. It’s recommended to start with a smaller dose and gradually increase it.
Continue increasing until you feel that it helps with your symptoms. Write down how much CBD you’re taking and whether your symptoms are getting better to control the dosage.
Note, that we all have individual body properties. So, here is the table with general recommendations on CBD dosage to treat pain depending on your weight and pain strength.
To regulate your sleep it’s recommended to have between 10 and 20 mg of CBD. If you use our patch you may wnt to start with half
How to calculate the dosage in a specific CBD product?
To get the right dosage, mention the concentration of CBD in each pill, capsule, oil drop, or PATCH. Some products tell you how much is in a single serving. For example, the packaging on a bottle of CBD capsules might indicate that there is 5 mg of CBD per capsule. We make our patch with 40mg pure.
If you’re using CBD oil, it’ll likely come in a dropper bottle. The packaging might specify how much CBD is in a single drop and you can easily determine how many drops you need to take.
If the package indicates the only total amount of CBD in the entire bottle, you can calculate the amount in a single drop.
A single drop is about 0.05 mL. So a 10-mL bottle of CBD oil contains 200 drops. So, if the package says that the bottle contains 1,000 mg of CBD, then each drop will contain about 5 mg of CBD. To have 20 mg of that type of CBD oil, you should take four drops. Complicated and messy that's why more people are using our patches
Is it possible to overdose on CBD?
The 2011 review on the safety of CBD found that continuous use of CBD, even in high doses like 1,500 mg a day, is tolerated well by humans.
Anyway, if you have some serious medical condition and currently take medication, consult with your doctor before you start taking CBD.
