No better way to start your day in Santa Maria 🙏✨☀️

Beach yoga, under the palm trees 🌴 in front of (mats and beach blankets included in price)

Tomorrow is the last Friday beach class for the winter season, then we're back to Tuesday & Thursday mornings 8-9am for beach yoga in the summer. And Sunset yoga on the rooftop on Wednesdays 5-6pm.

We all encounter bumps in the road. Life would be pretty uneventful without them.

Mostly, us humans fixate on the bumps. Thinking about them, reliving them, moaning to family and friends about their negative impact, and waiting for them to be over so we can get on with being happy again.

And then there's usually another bump.

Can you see the face? 😁 Taking a few minutes to appreciate sky art is one of my favorite ways to relax.

If you're looking for some deeper relaxation, come along to our Morning Ocean View Yoga Classes Monday to Friday 8-9am. And Sunset Ocean View Yoga Classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays 5-6pm.
