From now on, you can add an extra fourth evening to the childbirth course: “The Fourth Trimester & Breastfeeding.” 🧡

We developed a honest, realistic, and practical add-on, so that you are well prepared for what is coming after birth.

During this extra class, we discuss the following things:

• Physical and mental recovery
• Pelvic floor & postpartum body
• S*x after birth
• Identity change: from individual to parent
• Menstruation & hormonal changes
• Practical tips for the first weeks at home
• Extensive breastfeeding preparation (so a separate breastfeeding course is no longer necessary)

This fourth evening is optional, so the regular 3-evening childbirth course remains accessible to everyone. With the add on you pay 75 XCG on top of the normal price 🧡
