4pm - 4:30 ME TIME
You can pick from :
- Tilapia fish foot massage
- Guided Meditation ( Sound OFF)
- Reading
- Or just do nothing !

4:30pm - 6:30 pm Acro Yoga workshop
6:30 - 7:00 pm Closing circle
