Maak je leven niet te ingewikkeld. Een simpele supergewoonte. Haal je favoriete groenten en fruit in huis en gebruik ze slim Voorkom chronische ziekten.

Kleine extra tip voor als je geen penshonado bent met voldoende tijd, maar een drukke mama: merk je dat je vaak je groente en fruit weer weg moet gooien, omdat je zelfs de tijd niet hebt om te koken? In het weekend even de gekochte groenten snijden en kort koken. Doe het in porties in een zipper bag en dan heb je het al voor elkaar.

Ik doe het nu zelf ook op de zondag met de aardappelen. Schillen, in plakjes snijden en kort koken. Hup in porties zippen en als ik thuis kom voor lunch of diner, hoef ik alleen nog af te bakken of kort te koken en te stampen. Groenten idem dito.

Ieder weekend een uurtje voorwerk en je bent met 10 minuten doordeweeks al klaar! 🤩

You may have heard the terms lifespan and healthspan. They are increasingly used in relation to how old you become. Lifespan literally describes how long you live and refers to the number of years your body functions. Healthspan refers to the years in which your body functions well and you are healthy, vital, and independent. So it’s not only about how old you become, but how you age.

It is becoming increasingly clear that muscle strength and muscle mass play a key role in lifespan, but especially in healthspan. ✨ CWA Holds Successful AGM & Welcomes New Board ✨

On October 2nd , the Curaçao Wellness Association (CWA) proudly hosted its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Optima Arbodienst. A wonderful evening filled with members, partners, and shared vision for Curaçao’s wellness future. 🙌

WEIGH YOURSELF AT fit20 Curacao

You come to the fit20 studio on 15/17/18th of March and weigh yourself on our smart body scale. We will see your muscle mass % and your fat %. These numbers will be recorded. Don't worry, everyone will be a little bit scared 😉

LOSE FAT, GAIN HEALTH!

You have until 16/17/18 of June to lose as much fat as possible and/or gain muscle. But in the end we all gain health!

WEIGH AGAIN

On 16/17/18th of June (if you came in the 15th of March, you will come in the 16th, etc) you can weigh yourself again and we are able to see the % of fat you have lost.

WHO WINS?

The one, the partners or the group that has lost the highest fat % (on average) wins.

We also look at the gain of muscle mass % if there are more participants sharing the highest % of fat to find the 1 winner!

The overall winner will receive 3 MONTHS OF FIT20 PERSONAL TRAINING (worth fl 525).

All participants who achieve the highest % fat loss win 1 MONTH OF FIT20 for free (worth fl 175) AND a VOUCHER for 2 free training sessions (worth fl 87,50) to share with a friend.

TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT SMART

1. Do fit20, gain muscle
2. Eliminate stress, relax more
3. Drink 2 liters of water
4. Eat more veggies and fruits
5. Portion control
6. Skip alcohol or sugar
7. Intermittent fasting in the evening (better for hormone balance)
8. Walk/swim/cycle/move(!) more
