Franklin Calmero, affectionately called "Kino," is more than just a certified massage therapist—he’s a symbol of compassion, healing, and dedication. His journey into massage therapy and his professional growth stem from a personal experience that reshaped his life and ignited a desire to help others. In the past, Franklin had several hobbies he truly enjoyed, such as DJing, music production, and photography. Creativity was an essential part of his life. However, in 2015, his life took a drastic turn after a motorcycle accident left him with three broken ribs and a torn rotator cuff in his left shoulder. Without proper treatment or guidance for recovery, Franklin decided to take matters into his own hands. He researched anatomy and rehabilitation techniques, which led him to discover the transformative power of massage therapy. This personal experience sparked a deep interest in the field, motivating him to learn more and help others. Determined to make a difference, Franklin pursued various courses and earned his diploma as a certified massage therapist. During an internship at a physiotherapy practice, he gained invaluable experience and developed a passion for supporting others in their healing and well-being. What started as a way to aid his own recovery transformed into a lifelong commitment to improving the lives of his clients. At the same time, Franklin made a significant career shift. After years as an IT technician, he completed an intensive study program to become a meteorological technician, a role he still holds today. Despite his demanding primary career, massage therapy remains a rewarding side job where he channels his empathy and skills to help clients both preventively and therapeutically. People often ask Franklin, "How did you go from IT tech to massage therapy?" His answer is simple: "I feel fulfilled as a massage therapist. Helping people recover, relax, and improve their overall well-being gives me immense satisfaction." Today, Franklin is a beacon of compassion, skill, and dedication. He brings his unique blend of expertise and genuine care to every massage session, creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Whether you're seeking relief from physical discomfort or simply craving relaxation and rejuvenation, Franklin is here to guide you on your journey toward holistic wellness.
