🔸 Traditional Composting relies on aerobic decomposition – meaning oxygen, heat, and time (3–6 months).

While it’s effective, it can:

Maak je tuin winterklaar met Aegir Zeeschelpenkalk. De ideale 100% natuurlijke kalkbron die boordevol essentiële sporenelementen zit. Belangrijk voor de vitaliteit van je bodem!

Zeeschelpen zijn hoofdzakelijk opgebouwd uit calciumcarbonaat (96.1%). Maar ze bevatten ook andere mineralen en spoorelementen die de vruchtbaarheid van de bodem ten goede komt.

📈 Aegir lost langzaam op in de bodem, zo stijgt de pH langzaam, voorkomt pH schommelingen en geeft een stabiele zuurtegraad over een lange periode. De groei van het bodemleven wordt gestimuleerd wat zorgt voor optimale omstandigheden voor plantengroei.

🌱 Een te snelle pH stijging kan het bodemleven beschadigen. Als de pH van de bodem te laag (zuur) is dan blijven sommige belangrijke voedingsstoffen gebonden in de bodem en kan de plant deze niet opnemen. Door de pH te optimaliseren met Aegir Zeeschelpenkalk kun je verzuring tegengaan.
