Recipe: Functional Basil Pesto
Ingredients:
• 2 cups packed fresh basil (large stems removed)
• 3 Tbsp pine nuts or walnuts (sunflower seeds if nut-free)
• 3 large cloves garlic (peeled)
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• ¼ tsp sea salt (plus more to taste)
• 2–3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 3–6 Tbsp water (plus more as needed)

Supplements (optional boosters):
• 15–30 drops Naturaçao Silver Immune
• 1 capsule Naturaçao Lion’s Mane (opened and mixed in)

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Adjust water and salt to taste. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Ingredients

-Water until desired consistency
-Salt
-Honey is optional
-1 tsp 80 yrs Naturaçao Chaga
-15-30 drops Naturaçao Silver Immune
