𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 = 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 > 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲
Over the past 5 years, WannaGrow assessed the TeamCulture of 30 teams across 5 Caribbean islands: Aruba, Curaçao, Bonaire, Sint Maarten, and Statia.

We engaged nearly 𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 to explore how they experience:
🔹 Trust
🔹 Conflict
🔹 Commitment
🔹 Accountability
🔹 Performance.. 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆: how happy they feel at work.

Our approach is grounded in Patrick Lencioni’s vision on High Performance Teams and enriched with our own methods to capture the heartbeat of team culture.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲, 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 & 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗻.

But this is not just a survey. It’s the start of deep conversations. 🗣️ Through this interactive workshop, we will guide teams to reflect on the outcomes, identify patterns, and translate insights into action.

The session is bold, sometimes challenging—but always authentic, engaging, fun and TRUSTBUILDING.
