Tuesday 6th October will be my last sunset yoga session on the beach (and my last yoga class in Cyprus!) This will be a free of charge session, thank you to everyone that has been coming to my classes this year 🙏🙏🙏

1800-18.45 as its now dark by 1900.

Please join me for one last evening on our beautiful beach, I will be down there from 17.45 if anyone wants to come and chat, practice poses or alignment, or just lie in savasana for 15 minutes ❤️✌️

I hope you've all had a beautiful weekend.

For those of you that don't know, I only have a few weeks left in Cyprus as we're cutting our time short here and moving to Sydney!

I have absolutely loved doing yoga both in the Chaplaincy centre and on the beach with you all.

Yoga is on Tuesday at 6-7pm on the beach 🙏

I might have to move back to the Chaplaincy centre the week after as its starting to get dark very quickly!

€6 drop in class suitable for all, mats and blocks provided.

No yoga tonight guys!

I am now going back to the UK in the morning and will be away until the beginning of sept.

I have so much to do today and with the new 9 people max rule, I just haven't got time to sort it out today, sorry!

I hope you all enjoy the rest of the holidays in the beautiful Cyprus sun!

It will be back to Tuesday for the following 2 weeks and then I am away for 3 weeks. Classes will then resume in September.
