Thank you for visiting my page. I qualified as a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist through OSSM (Oxford School of Sports Massage) and am a recognised member of the Institute of Soft Tissue Therapists. Soft Tissue Therapy is the management, manipulation, and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body. It is applicable not just to sports people but to anybody wishing to guard against or recover from a soft tissue injury. Sports massage helps release muscle tightness, focusing on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension. Each session is tailored within a framework of:
• Injury Assessment
• Advanced Treatment Techniques
• Remedial Exercises and Advice

I have extensive experience with contact sports - as a player (now retired), pitch side support (training and matchday) and pre/post therapy with both the codes of rugby from grassroots to RAF Inter Services and local teams. My services have also been required by athletes completing marathons and competing in Triathlon and Ironman events, footballers and those who are in pain from poor posture or non-sport related injury or lifestyle. You do not have to suffer with pain! I offer one off, medium or long term treatment plans tailored to your needs following an initial assessment.
