Ever notice your body trembling during a Reformer exercise?

✅It’s completely normal, and often a good sign.
Shaking usually happens when your muscles are:
👉 working deeply and precisely
👉adapting to new or challenging load
👉activating stabilizing muscles you don’t use every day

In Pilates, we move slowly and with control.
That means smaller, deeper muscles are doing more of the work.

Το σώμα μετά τον τοκετό χρειάζεται υποστήριξη, όχι πίεση.

Οι αλλαγές δεν είναι πάντα εμφανείς από την αρχή… όμως το σώμα σου δουλεύει πιο βαθιά απ’ όσο νομίζεις.

✨ Η στάση σου βελτιώνεται

Το Pilates Reformer δεν υπόσχεται μαγικές αλλαγές από τη μια στιγμή στην άλλη.

👉 Το stretching έχει πολλά θετικά, απλώς δεν πρέπει να αντιμετωπίζεται ως θεραπεία.
Είναι ένα εργαλείο, όχι λύση για όλα.

🔍 Τι ΔΕΝ κάνει το stretching:
• Δεν αποκαθιστά ιστούς
• Δεν διορθώνει μυϊκές ανισορροπίες
• Δεν “ξεκολλάει” φασίες ή αρθρώσεις
• Δεν είναι θεραπευτική παρέμβαση για τραυματισμό

🔍 Τι κάνει στην πραγματικότητα:
✅ Προσφέρει προσωρινή αύξηση ευλυγισίας
✅ Μειώνει την αίσθηση “σφιξίματος”, κυρίως μέσω του νευρικού συστήματος
✅ Μπορεί να βοηθήσει στη χαλάρωση
✅ Προετοιμάζει το σώμα για κίνηση — εφόσον συνδυαστεί σωστά με ενεργητικές ασκήσεις
