There's something so deeply fascinating about practicing with other passionate movement enthusiasts, I definitely feel a shift of awareness and that a few walls and barriers have been knocked down, it felt like we all turned into kids on the playground again. Thank you for planting new seeds of excitement and all the incredible tips you shared with us.

And that's a wrap !! Thank you to everyone who patiently waited for me to return from my holidays. I have come back recharged and filled with gratitude to share.

I'm looking forward to seeing your beautiful faces back on the Hügge space rooftop for our weekly sunlit yoga sessions.

As from tomorrow, classes will be back on as usual. We have moved the time back a little so that we catch the sunset at its peak.

Wishing everyone a beautiful Monday 😘

Just wanted to hop on to say how amazed I am with how everyone has performed this summer. To all who rocked up to each and every session, yoga class or smashed out their online programs I just want to say how proud I am of you all. This year has been one heck of a year evolving as a coach and I actually think it was my best ever year in this industry witnessing so many transformations. Thank you for putting up with my brutal savage love ( all for greater intentions).

I also wanted to announce that I will be taking a short break in August (dates ☝️)
