Shoulder pain isn't just annoying, it's incredibly common.
In fact, about 20% of the population experience shoulder pain and 40% of those cases last for as least a year.
That's a long time to struggle with something as simple as reaching overhead, lifting weights or even sleeping comfortably.
One treatment I frequently use for stubborn shoulder injuries is electro-acupuncture.
By combining this with corrective exercises and manual therapy we can help activate muscles, improve circulation and encourage the body's natural healing process.
