4D-Cryo Combined Thermal Shock and EMS Fat Freezing Inch Loss.

These treatments offer a combination of Thermal Shock and EMS (Electro Mechanical Stimulation), the next generation in “fat freezing” (also known as Cryogenic Lipolysis) to deliver truly amazing inch loss, WITHOUT the need to exercise!*
Our new and most advanced 4D Cryo Inch Loss treatment utilises a constant temperature controlled process to apply thermal shock, which warms, then cools the fat layer under the skin to deliver the “fat freezing” therapy known as Cryogenic Lipolysis (a process developed and proven by scientists at the Harvard Medical School), before finally warming the skin once more. This is combined with EMS, or Electro-Mechanical Stimulation, which applies small electrical impulses to the muscles causing them to contract and relax rapidly.

What is Thermal Shock?
This is the next evolution of traditional Cryogenic Lipolysis and uses a constant temperature controlled process to first heat the tissue to increase bloodflow, then cools the tissues to achieve the Cryogenic Lipolysis objective of cellular apoptosis (cellular death) in the adipose layer (fat cells), before warming the tissue once more to reduce inflammation, stimulate bloodflow and increase lymphatic drainage.
The more commonly referred to term of “Cryolipolysis” is an acronym (abbreviated version) of this correct medical term and has been registered as a trademark by the manufacturers of the Coolsculpting technology, Zeltiq Inc. In order to avoid confusion and ensure the correct terminology is used, we will always refer to Cryolipolysis by its full and correct name, “Cryogenic Lipolysis”.
The adipocyte (fat) cells that are targeted by Cryogenic Lipolysis (or "Fat Freezing", asit is also commonly known) are typically rich with saturated fatty acids. These types of cells are particularly sensitive to cold, which is why this cooling technology is so effective. Other cells, such as skin tissue, blood vessels, nervous system and so on, are not so sensitive to freezing and so remain completely unaffected by this treatment. As a result, it's perfectly safe to use and is extremely effective.

4D-Cryo Treatments
An anti-freeze membrane is applied to protect the surface of the skin.
The 4D-Cryo plates, of which there are 4, to provide coverage of large areas in a single treatment, are applied to the area, configured for the treatment and switched on. All you do is lie there in comfort and enjoy the treatment. You are free to read, listen to music, or simply relax.
The 4D-Cryo plates selectively warm, then cool the adipose layer, causing the lipids within the cells to form ice crystals. These ice crystals permeate the cell membrane allowing ions to pass freely across the membrane, causing an ionic imbalance, thereby resulting in cellular death (apoptosis).

Meanwhile, Electro Mechanical Stimulation is also applied throughout treatment by the 4D-Cryo plates, exercising the muscles to increase bloodflow and provide immediate results, something traditional "Fat Freezing" alone simply cannot achieve!
Only the fat cells are frozen, as their contents are more susceptible to cooling than the surrounding tissues. Therefore, there is no damage or risk to the surrounding structures. The new PureGenex 4D-Cryo platform does all this without vacuum pressure meaning, unlike traditional "Fat Freezing" treatments, there is no pinching, pain or bruising from the suction.
End Result
You will achieve immediate inch loss from the first treatment with the new 4D-Cryo treatments. Then, over the next 8-12 weeks, the adipocyte cells die and are broken down and removed by the body’s natural processes, resulting in smoother skin and a reduction of up to 35% of the fat layer in the treated area!
