Honored to participate in the High-Level Conference on Mental Health and Inclusiveness, organized by the Ministry of Health of Cyprus on 27 January 2026, representing the Cyprus Medical Association.
The conference emphasized the need to place mental health on equal footing with physical health and to strengthen prevention, early intervention, and inclusive policies—particularly for children and young people.
Meaningful discussions with European and national stakeholders reinforced the importance of coordinated action to improve access to mental health services and to reduce stigma across our societies.
Mental health is a public health priority, and collaboration remains key to building more resilient and inclusive health systems.
