My passion for yoga—its core principles, philosophical foundations, and way of life—is profound and heartfelt. Lawyer by day, yogi for life - Yoga serves as a a sanctuary of peace and connection, guiding me on a journey of personal growth and enhancement, not only physically but also mentally and spiritually. Yogini, wife, mother, traveller and lifelong lover of books...My dream is to teach yoga to all. The word Nectar has a double meaning for me as it perfectly encapsulates the studio's essence, as Yoga undeniably enriches LIFE with its sweetness and karmically forms part of my name, Nectaria. I look forward to welcoming all to our studio - from novices to seasoned yoga practitioners. Yoga's beauty lies in its inclusivity, catering to everyone regardless of age, gender, health, or fitness levels. Whether your goal is to achieve a fulfilling stretch or to delve deeper into your yoga journey, there is something to offer everyone. Before you focus on food, exercise, mental health and balance, check your SLEEP patterns first and if you fix these, the rest comes easier.

I am as guilty as the next person of skimming on sleep - one more hour for that Netflix show! Half an hour more to read! I only sat down now can’t sleep already…. Blah blah blah every excuse under the sun.

But as I get older, I am feeling the effects of too little sleep (read 6 hours or less) so I am checking my sleep health and making a concerted effort to change this.

WHY?
Because good, quality, lengthy sleep 💤
• Boosts memory, focus & learning 🧠
• Improves mood & mental health ❤️‍🩹
• Helps the body repair & fight illness 🏋🏽
• Increases energy & daily performance ⚡

MAKE a decision!!!

If it doesn’t work you will PIVOT like inadvertently did whilst walking!

You will never get anywhere if you over analyze everything‼️

Like Tony Robbins says
“It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped.”

Your life changes the instant you decide, not when you feel ready or everything is perfect.

⚡ Decision = commitment to action

Robbins emphasizes that a real decision means cutting off alternatives. If you leave a backup plan, you haven’t truly decided.

🧠 Clarity beats confidence

You don’t need certainty or confidence first. Clarity comes from deciding, and confidence follows action—not the other way around.
