My passion for yoga—its core principles, philosophical foundations, and way of life—is profound and heartfelt. Lawyer by day, yogi for life - Yoga serves as a a sanctuary of peace and connection, guiding me on a journey of personal growth and enhancement, not only physically but also mentally and spiritually. Yogini, wife, mother, traveller and lifelong lover of books...My dream is to teach yoga to all. The word Nectar has a double meaning for me as it perfectly encapsulates the studio's essence, as Yoga undeniably enriches LIFE with its sweetness and karmically forms part of my name, Nectaria. I look forward to welcoming all to our studio - from novices to seasoned yoga practitioners. Yoga's beauty lies in its inclusivity, catering to everyone regardless of age, gender, health, or fitness levels. Whether your goal is to achieve a fulfilling stretch or to delve deeper into your yoga journey, there is something to offer everyone. The logo of the modest humming bee, symbolises vitality and life whilst serving as a gentle nod to the Humming Bee pranayama (a soothing and powerful yogic breathing technique).

Most people don’t actually live…
they just scroll, rush, repeat.

Most people exist, that is all.

That line hit me harder than it should.

So today I paused.
Stepped outside.
Breathed.

Felt the wind.
Heard the silence.
And for a moment… I was actually here.

Not thinking about the next thing.
Not stuck in my head.
Just living.

Maybe that’s the rarest thing of all. 🌿

“Six in 10 people feel unable to express their true emotions in the workplace.”‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Can we let tha sink in for a second!!! In a time where supposedly we worry about mental health, openness, safe space… this is a harsh wake up that it’s bu****it!!!

Toxic positivity isn’t motivation… it’s silence in disguise.
If you can’t speak up without being labeled “negative,” that’s your sign 👀

Heavy thoughts don’t just stay in your head…
they shape the life you live.

Because the truth is —
you live most of your life in your mind.

And when your mind is heavy,
everything feels heavy.

That’s why I started slowing down…
breathing deeper…
being present.

Yoga. Meditation. Mindfulness.

Not to escape life —
but to finally feel it without the weight.

Maybe peace isn’t out there.
Maybe it’s something you practice. 🧘‍♂️✨
