Building a strong, flexible spine is crucial for maintaining mobility and reducing the risk of injury in everyday life. The seven poses in this sequence work together to stretch and strengthen the spine, helping to alleviate tension in the back and improve posture. Seated Forward Fold and Seated Twist are great for opening the lower back, relieving tension, and enhancing spinal flexibility. These poses help elongate the spine and massage the digestive organs.

Locust Pose and Cow Pose serve as fantastic backbends, gently opening the chest and strengthening the lower back. These poses promote better posture by engaging the muscles that support the spine.
