Ένα πάρτι αφιερωμένο στην εκπληκτική μας ομάδα 🎉
Το Σάββατο 17 Ιανουαρίου η ομάδα μας βρέθηκε στο Loft Restaurant & Bar για να γιορτάσει μια εξαιρετική χρονιά που πέρασε και όλα όσα πετύχαμε μαζί.
Η βραδιά μας ήταν υπέροχη, γεμάτη τραγούδι και χορό παρέα με τον Hovig 🎶💃, πολύ γέλιο 😄 και αμέτρητες τρελές φωτογραφίες στο photobooth του InsidetheBox. 📸
Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ σε όλους τους συναδέλφους που έφεραν τη θετική τους ενέργεια και το χαμόγελο τους, κάνοντας αυτή τη βραδιά πραγματικά μοναδική και αξέχαστη! 🥂💖

Την Τρίτη 9 Δεκεμβρίου συμμετείχαμε στην 18η συνάντηση του Δικτύου Επαγγελματιών Εργασιακών Σχέσεων και Διεύθυνσης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού (SRL Network) της ΟΕΒ, η οποία πραγματοποιήθηκε στο πλαίσιο του έργου «Υγιείς Εργασιακές Σχέσεις, Σύγχρονες Επιχειρήσεις ΙΙΙ» του προγράμματος Πολιτικής Συνοχής «Θάλεια 2021-2027».
Συζητήθηκαν σημαντικά θέματα που αφορούν το εργασιακό περιβάλλον όπως:
🔹οι επιπτώσεις της εμμηνόπαυσης στην εργασία
🔹οι καλές πρακτικές για υποστήριξη εργαζομένων με πολλαπλή σκλήρυνση
🔹η χρήση ψηφιακών εργαλείων για την εκτίμηση κινδύνου στα πλαίσια της τηλεργασίας

Η ανταλλαγή γνώσεων και εμπειριών με επαγγελματίες του χώρου αποτελεί πολύτιμο εργαλείο για την αντιμετώπιση των σύγχρονων προκλήσεων και την προώθηση της ευημερίας και των υγιών, αρμονικών και ίσων συνθηκών στον χώρο εργασίας.
Παραμένουμε προσηλωμένοι στην ενίσχυση σύγχρονων εργασιακών πρακτικών και προσβλέπουμε στις επόμενες δράσεις του Δικτύου και στη συνέχιση αυτής της σημαντικής προσπάθειας.

Truly enjoyed being part of Hope for Children’s Fun Day in Elefteria Square, organised in celebration of World Children’s Day. Thank you to our amazing volunteers who assisted with games and activities - from bracelet making and the wheel of fortune to 3D inflatables and formula 1 simulators. Your time, energy and enthusiasm helped make this day both safe and fun for children and families across our community.

🩺In an emergency, knowledge is power.​

At Marathon Distributors, first aid is an essential part of our training program. This week members of our team participated in the “Turning Bystanders into Lifesavers” program, designed to enhance first aid skills and improve one’s ability to think fast, stay calm and act quickly in an emergency at work and beyond. ​
