Today we started from the very beginning 💚
Before we learn any massage routine, we learn how to connect.

Our first step is the intake form — checking for contraindications, understanding the client’s needs, and explaining every step in simple words.
I always say: explain it like to a 5-year-old, so no questions are left unanswered. That’s how safety and trust are built 🫶

Next, we focused on body mechanics — learning to move with the whole body, not just the hands.
It’s the secret to working safely, deeply, and gracefully.

Then we explored the six basic movements of holistic massage, learning to recognize the difference, the purpose, and the right moment for each.

Finally, my student felt the treatment — because when knowledge meets feeling, excellence is born 🌿✨
