How you sleep shapes how you feel when you wake up! 🌙✨

👉 Side sleepers: Keep your spine neutral with a supportive head pillow, and place another pillow between your knees to reduce pressure on your hips and lower back. Make sure your head pillow fills the space between your shoulder and ear to keep your neck aligned.

👉 Back sleepers: Use a thin pillow under your head and consider a small roll under your knees to take stress off your lower spine.

👉 Stomach sleepers: This one’s trickiest for your body 😬 but hugging a pillow can keep your shoulders and chest more open. Use the thinnest pillow possible under your head.

Better sleep posture = fewer aches, smoother mornings, and a healthier spine long term. 🛏️💪
