Ana’s Story.
How She Regained Her Sleep.
Transformation Through Hypnotherapy
⚜️Ana came to hypnotherapy sessions because she was suffering from insomnia. For almost a year, she could not sleep more than 1–2 hours a night. She tried different methods and visited doctors, but nothing seemed to help.
At some point, someone told her about hypnotherapy, and she decided to give it a try.
⚜️During our conversation, we discovered the main cause of her insomnia: Ana was doing far too much for others. She became deeply involved in other people’s problems, as if they were her own. She absorbed their emotions, overthought everything, and tried to solve all their issues. She took all that heavy energy into her own body and mind until she could no longer handle it.
⚜️We discussed her daily routine and the patterns that kept her awake.
I taught her how to calm her thoughts, how to create healthy boundaries, and I gave her a meditation to listen to every night.
⚜️Through hypnosis, we went straight to the root cause of the insomnia and began the process of release.
⚜️After only three hypnotherapy sessions, Ana started sleeping again.
Yesterday she came to me smiling and told me that she now sleeps deeply and peacefully.
⚜️With the help of hypnotherapy, she let go of the emotional “baggage” she had been carrying for so long.
