Most traditional approaches work at a conscious level — through analysis, logic, and conversation.

Viki’s Transformation – Fear of Driving on the Highway

For 3 years, Viki completely avoided the highway.
Not because she didn’t know how to drive.
But because her body had learned to associate the highway with danger.

The symptoms would appear immediately:
• intense, overwhelming fear
• her right leg trembling on the pedal
• heart racing uncontrollably
• cold sweats
• shortness of breath
• the repetitive thought: “I’m going to lose control. Something bad will happen.”

Many times, she experienced panic attacks even before getting into the car.
So she began to avoid the highway entirely.

She felt limited, ashamed, and dependent.
“I’m no longer a free woman,” she told me in our first session.

We worked together for 4 months
In hypnotherapy, we accessed a key memory:
the moment, years ago, when she had a powerful panic attack right on the highway.
That was when the program was created:
highway = danger = I must avoid.

Her subconscious was only trying to protect her,
but with an old mechanism that no longer served her.

We worked with that memory, with the sensations stored in her body, with the fear frozen in her nervous system.
Step by step, her body learned again that she could feel safe behind the wheel.

At the end of the process, Viki told me:
“Today I drove on the highway by myself.
No panic, no trembling.
I felt calm and present.”
She became free again.

Fear doesn’t appear out of nowhere.

Burnout or Depression? How to Know?

Burnout is when you’ve run so much
that the battery is empty.
You look at your work and feel: “I can’t anymore.”
But you look at a beautiful sunset and you still feel something.

Depression is different.
You look at the sunset… and nothing.
You look at your child, your partner, your dreams…
and still nothing.
As if someone turned the volume of life down to zero.

With burnout, if you went to the mountains for a week, without a laptop…
you would come back.
You would laugh. You would sleep. You would feel again.

With depression, you can be in the most beautiful places in the world
and feel just as empty.
“Why don’t I enjoy this? What is wrong with me?”

Cristopher came to me for his first session in a state of deep panic.

Do you bite your nails?

Ever caught yourself with your fingers at your mouth, without realizing when you started?

It's not lack of willpower. It's something much deeper.

Why do you do it?
Nail biting = the silent language of anxiety. When your mind can't manage tension, your body takes control.

The paradox: Perfectionists are the most prone. When things slip out of control, biting BECOMES the control.

The vicious cycle
Stress → Nail biting → Shame → More stress

Your brain seeks instant dopamine. You become dependent on this emotional "reset."

Hypnotherapy: straight to the root

In hypnosis he went back in memory to age 3. He was hiding and biting his nails - he had no attention from his busy parents.

Angelina’s Transformation

⚜️Healing does not mean forgetting what happened.
It means the memory no longer controls your present.

I worked with a woman who, at 41 years old, would emotionally shut down every time she was criticized.
A comment at work.
A remark from her husband.
Something that seemed small.

⚜️Yet the reaction was intense:
days of anxiety,
crying,
obsessive thoughts,
the feeling of “I’m not enough.”

⚜️Through hypnotherapy, I guided her to the emotional root of this reaction.
