✨Personal sharing ✨
Today I’m coming back after a one-month break, and I want to share a little truth about what it’s like to be self-employed.
This photo reminds me to return to trust
trust in the seeds I’ve planted, the ones I’m planting now, and the ones I will plant in the future.
These are truly mine. And with that comes the belief that everything will be okay.
One of the real challenges of this path is that when I take time off, there is no income. Before closing and after reopening, I need to make sure I’m working enough to cover my living expenses.
And honestly, that can feel intense especially when my schedule isn’t yet full.
It means creating content, showing up, reminding you of my work, and gently inviting you back to reconnect with your body and yourself. I always want that invitation to come from a genuine, open space.
And the truth is… after a break, I do feel anxiety in my chest.
“What if people forgot about me?”
“What if I lost my clients while I was away?”
“What if my schedule stays empty?”
These “what ifs” can build up inside me… until slowly, my calendar begins to fill again, reminding me: “It’s okay, Eloise. You’re safe. Everything will be covered.”
This is part of the reality behind a small business. I’m sharing it so you can understand how much it means when you book your sessions in advance.
It allows me to feel more grounded, stable, and serene
and from that place, I can truly hold space for you in the way you deserve.
Sharing from my heart ❤️
