✅️ A lot of acne cases can be managed without pills especially when its mild or moderate. You just need the right products for your skin!

✅️ if you have discoloration and/or hyperpigmentation you need to put sunscreen everyday!

✅️ strawberry skin is not a type of skin , its an inflammation of you hair follicle and its treatable!

✅️ Many people confuse dry skin with eczema and with seborrheic dermatitis.

🆘️Στο φαρμακείο μας παρατηρείται τις τελευταίες μέρες μια αύξηση των κρουσμάτων γρίπης Α τόσο σε ενήλικες όσο και σε παιδιά.

Το πιο σημαντικό για την αντιμετώπιση της γρίπης Α είναι η γρήγορη διάγνωση. Δηλαδή από τα πρώτα συμπτώματα εξεταστείτε και εαν βγει αρνητικό εξεταστείτε και την επόμενη μέρα και την μεθεπόμενη.
💊Αυτό δίνει την δυνατότητα στον ιατρό/φαρμακοποιό να σας δώσει τα σωστά φάρμακα, δεδομένου ότι τα αντιικα δρουν μόνο στις πρώτες 48ώρες. Επίσης περιορίζεται με αυτόν τον τρόπο η εξάπλωση της γρίπης.

Το 2ο πιο σημαντικό είναι η σωστή διαχείρηση του πυρετού και ειδικά για μικρά παιδιά. Στο βίντεο εξηγώ τον εύκολο κανόνα για να υπολογίζετε σωστά την δόση των αντιπυρετικών σιροπιών με βάση το σωματικό βάρος του παιδιού.

There is something i have been thinking lately and its about how being 'soft' used to feel like a flaw.

I used to think that if i wasnt pushing, optimising, perfecting, getting 10 times better that i would somehow fall behind.

But lately i m wondering if gentleness might be the real super move. Gentle does not mean weak. Its choosing not to rush yourself. Its speaking kindly even when you are tired, and its knowing that healing is not laziness but a power.

I used to think that growth came from pressure but now i believe it comes from patience.

So these days im learning the art of being gentle to myself. To my body, to my skin & to my soul. 🤍
