With a heavy heart, I would like to share that as of the end of this month, I will no longer be seeing patients in Paphos.

Putting this into words is not easy and comes with a lot of emotion ❤️. It has been such a privilege to walk alongside so many of you — celebrating victories, navigating challenges, and sharing your journey. I am truly grateful for your trust and connection over the years.

While my chapter in Paphos is closing, my commitment to you remains. I will be helping each of you find a suitable practitioner to continue your care, and I’ll do everything I can to make that transition as smooth as possible.

On this note, I am delighted to introduce my colleague, Dr. Cornelia Dunckel, who will be taking over my practice in Paphos at the Mummy & Me Wellness Centre. With over 20 years of experience as a medical doctor (MD) and TCM practitioner, she brings her unique expertise, and I am confident she will provide the excellent care you all deserve.

*IBS AWARENESS MONTH*

Did you know that approximately 5 to 10% of the world's population are thought to suffer from IBS? The condition affects children as well as adults. Yet many people find it uncomfortable talking about their symptoms and often go undiagnosed.

Diet, exercise, stress management ALL play a vital role in its management. When symptoms cannot not be regulated with lifestyle alone medication is often offered, ranging from bowel regulating and pain medication to antidepressants and antibiotics.

Like many other conditions, IBS can take a toll on both one's physical and emotional wellbeing, so finding the right team to support you is always key.

I couldn't help myself but visit the Wellcome Collection whilst passing through London this week. It is by far one of my favourite places in London. The vast amount of medical literature, particularly regarding the history of medicine is overwhelming....I'm like a kid in the candy store 🤓 !
