Welcome to Hammock Wellness Centre ! Hammock Wellness Centre is a quiet, peaceful, clean, and stunning Wellness Temple on the hills of Limassol, a sacred reality created by the owner and founder, Elina Elia. Every inch of what Hammock is today is dedicated to every person that crosses paths with ours, in our efforts to support and provide our community, through a holistic and pro-active lifestyle, whilst maintaining professionalism, and ethics. Hammock Wellness Centre started as a Traditional Massage Studio in 2017, has grown to a Wellness Centre in February 2019, and explosively expanded even further in July 2021 as a result of the efforts to rise above the struggles of the times. Hammock comprises of vast amount of Traditional Holistic Health Practices by a team of Professionals. At Hammock you will find a Holistic Health Massage & Bodywork Clinic, all kinds of Yoga & Pilates Classes, Qigong, Breathwork, Meditation, Spinal Attunement, Human Design, Spiritual Circles, Creative Workshops, Certification Programs and so much more.. The Massage Clinic is run by the Owner and Founder of Hammock Centre, Elina Elia. All our Massage Therapy & Bodywork services are customized to meet your needs, and reach optimal results. At the Massage Clinic, you can also enjoy Thai Massage Therapies by Tina Samara. At Hammock, we also offer a wide range of International Certification Massage Therapy Courses in-house and with Internationally accredited organizations. Elina is a Teacher of Thai Massage, affiliated with one of Thailand's awarded and most renowned Thai Massage Schools (TMC) and offers Massage Certification Courses annually. Massage Courses range from Basic Thai Massage, Intensive and Professional Training, suitable for Professional Therapists or Beginners. We work as a Team, and our only marketing tool is ensuring we always prioritize what is best for you as a whole being. Our new Wellness Temple is big in size but also in soul, hence our Instructors, healers, and therapists are all in line with what Hammock aspires. After teaching Traditional Thai Massage since 2018—while simultaneously running my clinic and hosting international teachers—I am finally able, after my maternity leave, to offer something I’ve never had the space to do before: 🌟 The full 90HR Thai Massage curriculum for the very first time.

🙏It is a deep joy to return to teaching after completing my last course while pregnant, and now to share these foundations and therapeutic practices in one complete flow. Feels grounding, exciting, and deeply aligned.

Today, all 3 of us were in the Massage Clinic. While I'm still on maternity leave, .samaras is returning from her maternity in November, and .healing has joined us in September, bothbdriving here from far every week, yet we still showed up for the love of Bodywork.

These ladies have been my students and now active therapists at Hammock, currently the guardians of the clinic, until I'm back and moving forward.

One thing matters beyond all, their genuine hearts and support. This is bodywork. It starts from trust. This is giving.

Thank you, my Aquarian Queens, for having the guts to do your best, Bodywork is not easy, and you took over a big load. I'll be back, and we'll be even stronger together 💪

Simon is a UK registered osteopath (number GOsC 10029) with a Master’s in Osteopathic Medicine, and over 20 years of experience in somatic bodywork, rehabilitation, yoga, pilates, and energy healing.

He supports people with chronic pain, injuries, stress, anxiety, PTSD, autoimmune conditions, and trauma. His integrative approach combines anatomy, movement, and emotional release to support deep, holistic healing.

Step into your pregnancy journey with strength, calm, and expert guidance. Join us every Thursday at 18:00 at Hammock Wellness Centre for our enriching Prenatal Yogilates Classes, led by Esmeralda Lamaj — Midwife, Certified Prenatal Yogilates Instructor, and a passionate birth educator with over 18 years of experience in midwifery. Esmeralda has also trained midwives, and brings both deep clinical knowledge and holistic wisdom into every session.

These classes are thoughtfully designed for all stages of pregnancy, blending the physical and emotional preparation needed for birth. Each session is different—ranging from very gentle and restorative, to more dynamic and strengthening, always tailored to your energy and needs on the day.

💫 You’ll experience:

Soothing breathwork and body awareness

Pregnancy and labor breathing techniques

Deep hypnobirthing-inspired relaxation

Movement that supports both body and baby

A calm space to connect with yourself—and your baby

🤍 Fathers and birth partners are welcome to attend once or twice during your pregnancy, learning key tools to offer emotional support, breath guidance, and labor comfort techniques. These sessions strengthen the couple’s bond and prepare partners to feel confident and involved.

The Centre's main department is our Massage Clinic, run by the owner and founder of Hammock Centre, Elina Elia. Elina is also a Teacher of Thai Massage and now incorporates Thai Massage Certification Courses in the activities of Hammock! However, Massage is not the only thing here, we have a Clinical Nutritionist to go through your dietary health plan, fight back your eating habits, your DNA, and any unpleasant Health situation you are in.We are what we eat aren’t we? ​

In addition, at Hammock you can enjoy Professional Yoga Classes, with a limited amount of participants to ensure you will practice with care, in a clean and quiet setting. Our Yoga room pure magic!
