A gentle morning of stillness, sound, and self-connection as we move through the season together.
• Guided meditation and quiet reflection to arrive and settle
• Intention setting for the season ahead and the goals gently forming within you

🎶 Sound Healing Journey

Allow yourself to be immersed in soothing tones, vibrations, and harmonics, creating sfae space for support deep rest and emotional balance. During this journey, sound will help to:
• Release tension and stress
• Restore balance to body, mind, and emotions
• Open space for clarity, healing, and reflection
• Support your intentions for the coming season

You will be guided into a state of deep relaxation, allowing your nervous system to soften, your heart to open, and your energy to realign. This experience is gentle, nurturing, and open to all.
• A slow return to awareness, followed by tea and homemade cakes to close our time together
