This Blueberry Chocolate Oat Cake is rich, fudgy and meal-prep friendly 💜
Each piece under 200 kcal & under 5 g sugar ✅
Ingredients:
• 140 g Quaker oats
• 180 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• 320 ml (Alpro) unsweetened almond milk
• 50 g natural peanut butter (no added sugar)
• 60 g (JD Gross) 70% dark chocolate
• Stevia to taste
• 8 g baking powder
Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend oats into oat flour (optional).
2️⃣ Mix oats, baking powder, and stevia.
3️⃣ Add almond milk and peanut butter, stir until smooth.
4️⃣ Fold in blueberries and chopped dark chocolate.
5️⃣ Pour into a lined 30 cm baking dish.
6️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
7️⃣ Cool completely and slice into 8 pieces.
