Our Red Jalapeรฑo sauce is for when you want flavour first, heat second.
Itโs naturally fermented, raw and unpasteurised. As the jalapeรฑos ferment, their sharp edges soften. You get an easy, steady warmth with bright tang and a bit of savoury depth; not a "๐ฃ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ ๐ฐ๐ง๐ง" moment.
