And guess what…. It’s all about being linked in a cosmic grid of the universe and a to understand the world. How tiring was that?

This is the upgraded image. This is how I learn. I do a bit of work on some idea and present it in an image that pleases me and talks to my soul. For a while this feeds my soul and speaks deeply to me rewiring me on many levels. Sometimes I feel a sudden need to revisit the image, or even repaint it completely, this happens when I have absorbed all the lessons I need to learn from the image and am ready for further insights or when I am able to see the image from another angle and a new perspective has literally dropped into my mind. This image no longer satisfied me as it was and I just started spontaneously adding to it without much thought. It needed to show the breaking away of the “dark grid” that has held us all bound in false suffering and slavery for so long. And the light needed to be intensified. I always feel that when I get something like this it is being mirrored on the macro and many other people are getting it too. We are all linked, aren’t we?

Just re-visited this mandala, which is all about distance meditation and how you can consciously bring cleansing and healing light into the planet, especially when you have two people connecting from different parts of the world and work with the earth energy lines. I made this mandala in Cyprus after many years of working with Gilly, (who lives in Mexico) on Skype and now WhatsApp every Sunday with meditation. Recently we have had difficulty actually meditating as most of our conversations have been about what’s going on in our lives and how to navigate them. But suddenly, last Sunday I felt the need to revisit this mandala …see following post…and also the need to start our meditation practice again. The message here is that even if we think we are doing very little to help, even small acts of intention and devotion ring out loudly on the astral plane! So keep showing up consistently with deep connection and intention, it’s a spiritual war out there and we are all needed to do our thing, however mad that might seem to people around you.

Lucy is a milliner and avid recycler! She is trained in many therapies, massage, Reiki, flower therapies, Resonance Repatterning, Phytobiophysics and lately she qualified with the prestigious American Coaching School, IPEC. She specialises as a Relationship Coach, and runs her Pow Wows or women's circles both online through her own Facebook group page, and also in person. She relies heavily on the power of creativity and art therapy to reveal and heal unconscious patterns in her client's behaviour. She recently published her first book, "Mandalas for the Soul" which is a great self help tool to recalibrate and reboot the soul!! And alongside this she has produced a series of videos which explain further how to use the book and get the juice out of it as a weekly self-therapy.
