We talk a lot about the physical side of menopause: the hot flashes, the exhaustion, the weight shifts, the brain fog…

But, what we don’t talk about enough is the IDENTITY SHIFT that comes with it.

Menopause doesn’t just change our hormones.
It changes how we see ourselves.

For many women, midlife is a perfect storm: kids get older, career evolves, relationships change, friendships shift! Your body changes in ways you didn’t ask for, didn’t expect, and weren’t prepared for.
