#𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 | Dr Savvas S. Constantinides is a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist specialising in complex coronary and structural heart interventions.
He graduated from Leicester University Medical School and completed his internship at Leicester Royal Infirmary in the UK. He undertook residency training at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham and University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire, UK, with additional fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. He continued with advanced training in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology through the West Midlands Specialist Registrar rotation.
Dr Constantinides holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Doctor of Medicine, Membership and Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of London, and a Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training.
His clinical interests include acute coronary syndromes, interventional cardiology, primary percutaneous coronary intervention, interventional treatment of valvular heart disease, and cardiac pacing. He was awarded his Doctorate in Medicine from Leicester University, is a recipient of the Medical Futures Innovation Award, and has served as a Tutor for the Royal College of Physicians at Alexandra Hospital in the UK.
