With the help of my students, my family, and my friends. We have offered the best we could, to families, to animals, to refugees, to children in Tanzania, to abuse women, and for that I'm so grateful 🙏

Thank you Lord for all your love and support all these years.
🙏 Thank you for letting me know that I can be your hand and your voice when it's needed, when I'm aligned with you.

🪷I'm proud of who I AM, what took for me, in order to grow, and evolve in so many ways, and nobody can steal or change that.
There's nothing wrong if being proud of who you are. It's a wonderful thing 🌿

🤸We don't stop playing because we grow old!!!
💯 We grow old because we stop playing!!!

🚴Fitness is a continuous journey, not a destination.
🏃Age is merely a number that shouldn't limit one's ability to be active and healthy.
🏋️We all should be viewing aging as a new opportunity for strength, setting new goals and supporting our minds with strong bodies.
⛹️Remember a body in motion, always stays in motion.

I started my fitness journey when I was 28.
Now I'm 45 and I'm training for full marathons. Who would have thought 🤔 I wouldn't 🧐
I do Pilates, I lift weights, I run, I do plyometrics ,I stretch, I dance and the list goes on.
Every year I set new goals to Turn The Invisible Into The Visible 💪

YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO SET ANOTHER GOAL OR TO DREAM A NEW DREAM !!!
