- 200Hrs TTC with renowned Yoga Teacher Surinder Singh at Swasti Yogashala in Rishikesh , India

YogaFlex classes - yoga based postures (asanas) combined with other stretches

Traditional Hatha yoga classes- for all levels and ages

Unnata®Aerial Yoga- New classes...yoga asanas practiced on a silky hammock combined with traditional yoga on the floor. YogaFuzion classes- Yoga ,stretching and light weights program.

-Classes are for all ages and all levels . At YogaFuzion there are maximum of 7 students per class. This allows Katia to give everybody attention they require to exercise safely and correctly.
