«Δεν πρέπει να κολυμπάς με γεμάτο στομάχι.» 🏊‍♂️ Είναι τελικά μύθος ή αλήθεια;

Με γεμάτο στομάχι γινόμαστε πιο επιρρεπείς σε:

💢 Κράμπες & μυϊκή αδυναμία
💢 Δυσκολία στην αναπνοή
💢 Ναυτία και εμετό
💢 Αυξημένο κίνδυνο πνιγμού

⚠️ Τι να κάνεις;
✔️ Περίμενε τουλάχιστον 2-3 ώρες μετά από ένα μεγάλο γεύμα πριν κολυμπήσεις.
