Dear friends,

There are some important changes that happened over the last period, and I needed the right moment to share them with you.

After going through some challenges with property arrangements over the past 6 months, I’ve decided to relocate fully to Nicosia.
In truth, this is a decision that has been brewing for almost 4 years.

I believe that sometimes life narrows our choices in such a way that we are left with nothing other than following our heart.

YOU made Restore Mode what it is.
You are a vital part of this space and its evolution over time.

Your bravery to let go, your willingness to face discomfort with presence, and the trust you place in this process is the reason I do this work.
After nearly 21 years, I feel deeply grateful and honored to be holding this space in this lifetime.

Restore Mode is now entering a transition phase.

For 3 working days, I will be based in Nicosia, in a space that will be announced soon ✨

At the same time 😊
I will continue to be in Paphos on selected dates, once a week or once every other week, offering a small number of sessions each time.

For now, Paphos remains an active part of my work, and I will be sharing dates in advance for those who wish to book.

Paphos is something I want to explore slowly and see how it can be sustained, and perhaps expanded over time.

More information about location and dates will be shared soon.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of this journey and this work.

A cycle is coming to an end, just to make space for a new one to begin.
And like all endings, it resources us with growth, depth, and a more skillful way of detaching and transitioning.

I feel deeply grateful for all the moments we shared in silence, witnessing change together.

Restore Mode is changing location, shape and form!

During the week 2–8/3, a few spaces are still available.

From 9/3, we begin again in a new location.

* New location to be announced soon!

At the core of true wellbeing, you’ll find simplicity.
And vice versa.
These two can’t really exist without one another, always vibing, always feeding each other.

Wellbeing is a lifestyle.
A lifestyle of decluttering.
Removing.
Emptying.
Of letting go.

A lifestyle of daring to be defined by as little as possible.

And maybe peace was never lost.
Just buried under too much of no real importance. 🌸

Let me introduce you to the agent through which I deliver my art:

Organic, food-grade sunflower seed oil!

Why? Because it’s full of skin-loving nutrients like vitamin E, omega 6 fatty acids, and antioxidants.
It’s lightweight, has a zero score on the comedogenic scale, which means it penetrates deeply without clogging your pores, helping me maintain a perfect, grip during your massage sessions.

You don’t need to shower it off after your treatment as you won’t experience that sticky feeling some oils leave behind.
Instead, your skin will feel velvety soft, nourished, and smooth from within.

For me, the oil I use is just as important as every other element in my space and it deserves to be more than just a friction agent.

It’s a medium of nourishment, warmth and care.

Dear friends and customers,

I’ve been taking time to recharge and reconnect in a beautiful Hungarian village, doing what I love: sharing and receiving the gift of touch with people who see it as sacred as I do.

Six days of presence, discovery, playfulness, and a deep sense of humility toward the life force that flows within us and all around us.

Moments like these remind me how blessed I am to love my work so deeply, a love that only grows richer with time, 20 years and counting.

I look forward to bringing elements of this expansion in your sessions.

Peace 🤍

Take off the mask.
Moan, scream, laugh, and shake it out raw.

It’s your most primitive self, being witnessed as it’s distilled into sweat and tears.
Pure alchemy.

My story

My journey into "wellness" began 10 years ago, after i graduated as a physiotherapy assistant from the vocational school in Greece. Since then i worked as a spa therapist in some of the most established and well known spas in Greece and Cyprus, providing superior bodywork services to various clients from around the world. Some years later my love for Thai massage lead me in Thailand at "TMC-Thai massage school of Chiang Mai" to follow a 300 hour intensive course and to become a licensed Thai massage teacher, approved by Thailand's ministry of education and recognised in many countries. I have been practicing yoga the last 5 years and through yoga my whole life's perspective changed while my fitness and body awareness shifted tremendously. Yoga is a journey,is a way of living. Is an experience that can be felt through any action, done by a full awareness. We all have those moments in our lives, whether we know it or not. Moments of connection,of clarity and of deeper understanding of ourselves and our reality. During yoga-classes we explore more this state in depth through movement, breathing or simply surrendering. My training as a yoga instructor came through the Yogaworks school which combines the traditional 8 limb path of yoga(Ashtanga yoga) with a lot of alignment emphasis(Iyengar yoga) by respecting each individual's state allowing moderations and adaptations to any phase of the practice(Viniyoga). I am possessed by a lifelong passion for self discovering and holistic healing for as long as i remember my self and the idea of supporting people to live up to their full potential has become my vision.
