After a couple of months of very inclement weather -
Took advantage of the perfect conditions at Latchii beach this morning to take my board out for SUP YOGA! Bliss!!
Will be starting up classes again in April so watch this space!!🏄😎🙏❤️

Back in the studio for some awesome yoga from beginners to intermediate Tuesday 2nd December 8:15 Accomplished 10:15 Beginners then again in Thursday! Come join the fun as we work through the asana easing out the muscles and joints while having light hearted banter 🙏
