We are seeking qualified coaches who have their own coaching business, are based in the UK, Cyprus and USA and would like to be part of our team, offering both remote and face to face coaching to our clients and your own clients, by utilising our methodology and systems. You will also benefit from being part of a community of like-minded coaches who receive regular support, training and coaching supervision.
We are building a team and are international in the United Kingdom, Cyprus and United States. We are looking for high calibre coaches to support our expansion to support entrepreneurs in building their dreams.
Our key to success being 30 years’ experience in healthcare, 10 years in Coaching specifically for Healthcare. Our mission is to enhance the coaching industry by empowering experienced coaches with advanced training and effective tools.
Our unique methodology is not just theoretical but is designed to achieve tangible results. This is crucial as it shows our commitment to not just training coaches but also helping you find clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bid Specialist. The Bid Specialist will be responsible for developing proposals that will persuade clients to select our company's products or services. Additionally, they will analyze RFPs, craft technical solutions and write compelling proposals, support the sales team in pricing the proposal, and manage the proposal submission schedule.

Qualifications

Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with proposal writing, including understanding of the RFP process and requirements, technical solution development, and pricing methodologies
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple proposals at once
Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience in the healthcare or consulting industry is a plus.
