So the Corona virus is here❗️
But don’t panic there are plenty of things you can do to protect yourself and your loved ones. Besides following the guidelines given by the government you can also strengthen your immune system.
There are so many things available to us to do that and they are completely healthy and natural! Some of them are:
- Eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables🥦🍒🍊🍎🥕🍋
- Make sure to get a good nights sleep every night😴
- Exercise🏃♀️🏊♀️🧘♀️🏋🏻♂️
- Stay away from stressful situations ⚡️🤯😱(stress can make a lot of damage to your immune system making you more vulnerable)
- Take supplements to make sure you get all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. Vitamin C is especially effective for boosting the immune system.🍊👍
- Acupuncture and reflexology are also very effective when it comes to boosting the immune system and it can also strengthen the lungs.💪✨❤️
In a treatment with acupuncture and reflexology you will get a complete cleansing which helps your vital organs to get rid of toxins and your immune system is activated and strengthened. The treatment relaxes the whole body and reduces stress and anxiety.
This will make your body more resistant to any virus or illness. If you should be so unfortunate to catch the virus anyway your body will have a lot more power to fight it off and make the illness less severe.

- there are less pollution right now. With so many people staying at home and planes being grounded all around the world it makes a huge difference on the environment. (Maybe Mother Earth is trying to tell us something?)🌍
- People are staying at home with their kids. The schools are closed and a lot of people are working from home. This could really be a gift of just being together as a family and being present with each other without the stress from everyday life. A lot of kids today live really stressful lives. In Denmark where I’m from more children are being diagnosed with stress, depression, and anxiety than ever before.
- And this goes for adults too, but at least we have a choice to change things, most children don’t.
- People are staying at home when they are sick! Nobody is going to work with a cold right now. We are being forced to listen to our body and take care of ourselves💕
So let’s all take care of ourselves, each other, and our planet❤️🌍
