​I am a Counselling Psychologist, licensed to practice both in Cyprus and the United Kingdom. Within the boundaries of a safe and confidential space in the city of Paphos, Cyprus, I offer short and long-term psychological services to individuals and couples - assisting in making sense of the presenting issues, alongside the vast complexities of simply being human. My seventeen years of being in the field of psychology, higher education and research included, have helped me produce a diverse portfolio of experience working across a wide range of professional settings with individuals from around the world. As of July 2018, I run my own private practice in the city of Paphos, Cyprus, where I predominantly work with issues related to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), loss of meaning, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, substance misuse, worry, panic-attacks, obsessions and compulsions, body image concerns and eating disorders. I concurrently work through online media with clients from other cities and the United Kingdom.

🎄 | The holiday season can bring many different experiences: joy, connection, quiet reflection, or even times of challenge. However this season feels for you, it is okay to honour those feelings and take the space you need to care for yourself.

Whether that is through rest, setting boundaries, or simply slowing down, do what feels right for you and supports your well-being. There is no one "right" way to navigate this time of year.
