QHHT is an exploration of a soul's journey into the 'Past life Regression'. Today, with the expansion of human consciousness, more than just Past Lives are available to experience. It is a technique of personal empowerment and realization of your own wisdom to find and release the origins of illness, disease, fears and family/relationship blockages, to manifest your true heart's desire and connect to the source of answers that are inside you, unfolding your talents and things you innately love. The session begins with a private interview to give you the opportunity to communicate with Irena about your concerns, significant events, health or personal issues and expectations, share your history which helps to bring insights into your present life. The list of questions which you want to ask your higher self are also reviewed. The session consists of introduction using relaxation exercises and guided visualizations. You begin by getting acclimated to who you are in a past life and then guided to several important days in that life. You also see how you died and understand what you have learned from that life. Often the experience brings awareness and insight into our present life. The second part of the session is dedicated to your Higher Self as this clear energy shares the purpose of showing you the lives it picked, answers every question and does a body scan. Once issues are identified and the causes for its presence are explained, the transformation begins and the issues are resolved - if you ask, surrender, allow and believe!
