8 stages of burnout you can no longer ignore.
Most people donβt realize that burnout actually begins with high energy and βExcessive Drive.β By the time we reach behavioral changes and apathy, our nervous systems are already severely overtaxed.
If you find yourself in the later stages like apathy or depersonalization this is your sign to stop and breathe. You canβt pour from an empty cup, and you certainly canβt pour from a broken one.
Prioritize practices that nourish your nervous system: intentionally activate the parasympathetic system and reconnect with your body and your breath.
Burnout is no joke, it is one of the most significant challenges of our modern era.
